Peptides for healing and injury recovery
Tendon, ligament, joint, wound and gut healing — the use case that built the peptide community's reputation. It is also the one where the animal-to-human gap is largest, so read the grades closely.
Ranked by strength of evidence
- ABPC-157
Accelerates healing of tendon, ligament, muscle, and bone injuries
The single most-searched peptide use. The evidence is rat studies — no completed human trial.

Protects and heals the gastrointestinal tract
The gut-healing use, also from animal models.

Topical GHK-Cu accelerates wound healing
Topical only — the injectable form is a different question.

- BTB-500
Accelerates muscle, tendon, and ligament healing (the use it's sold for)
Sold widely for exactly this; the human evidence does not yet exist.

Repairs cartilage/joints or provides other regenerative metabolic benefits

The honest read
No peptide in this category has completed a human trial showing it heals injuries in people. Several have genuinely promising animal data, which is why they are worth watching and worth understanding — but 'promising in rats' and 'proven in you' are different statements, and only one of them is on this page.
